My challenge today...
My favorite recipe.
As it is being made.
My problem...
I didn't cook dinner tonight.
By fortune.
Fate.
Some wonderful cosmic goodness.
I get to spend a quick.
Unexpected.
Two days with my family.
So I wasn't about to turn down.
Grandma's cooking.
That. Would. Be. Foolish.
Grandma made.
Two of my favorite things.
Green beans.
Canned with love.
From her garden.
Mashed potatoes.
Made from scratch.
Not a box.
Dinner.
Was delicious.
It's good to be here.

Sisters: Laura and Kelly
Meet Laura and Kelly.
The oldest and youngest of four sisters.
Laura is a dear friend.
With a huge heart.
A beautiful smile.
And a deep fondness for photo booths.
When I approached her with the idea of shooting her and Kelly.
They were up for anything.
We began to research historical sisters.
Finally deciding on Artemis and Athena.
The shoot started with our take.
On the traditional goddess.
And ended with a more modern vision.
Of two sisters.
That love to laugh.
Smile.
Have Fun.
